How was everyone's easter? To say we ate our way around Europe would be an understatement.  We basically devoured anything we saw.  It was amazing!!! Last night Corey and I decided to go on another picnic to try and escape the heat.  This time instead of going to the beach we went in the opposite direction and drove up the mountain to watch the sunset.  There is a local lookout where the hanggliders go from that has a great view so we set up there.  With a view like this who could resist. One my resolution for this year was to read more.  When I was at uni I never had time to read anything apart from textbooks.  I thought when I graduated in the middle of last year that I would start reading for leisure a lot more but I didn't.  I have loved reading since I was a kid so I don't want to lose that hence the resolution I made.  My goal is to read 52 books this year (one each week).

Last night Corey and I went to Movieworld's Winter Wonderland with his little sister Kasey and her fiance Clarence. It was loads of fun! They had some of the rides still open so we went on the Scooby-Doo Roller Coaster and the Wild Wild West ride. They look completely different in the dark. It was really fun! We also got to watch the Rock & Roll Christmas Show and the Looney Tunes on Ice.
