Sprinkle Cupcakes
Ingrediants
- 2 cups self raising flour
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 3/4 cup caster sugar
- 125g butter
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- sprinkles (now you have to make sure that you get the long sprinkles not like 100s & 1000s but the long sprinkles cause for some reason it isn't the same with 100s & 100s. Don't ask me why it just doesn't)
Method
- Cream butter and sugar and vanilla.
- Add eggs
- Gradually add sifted flour and salt alternating with milk.
- Mix in sprinkles to batter.
- Seperate into patty cases and bake on 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
